NEED a return or exchange for a service that you purchased?

We get it—sometimes life doesn’t go as expected! That’s why we offer returns on packages within 48 hours from the date of purchase for any reason. If you’re outside of the 48 hour return policy, fear not—contact us if you think that you need a different package. When you purchase a package, one of our patent experts will hop on a call with you within 24 hours to confirm package details and make sure the package is right for you.


I purchased a package and I want a refund

Easy! Simply contact us within 48 hours to start the refund process, and you will receive the full amount of purchase credited to your account within 2-3 business days. We offer this policy to those who made a purchase less than 48 hours prior to contacting us.


I purchased a package and I want to change it

If you’re worried that you purchased the wrong package, or you want to add more to your existing package, don’t worry! Our packages are exchangeable -if you decide to change to a higher tier package, we will credit the existing amount purchased to your new higher tier package, so that you pay only the difference between the new and old package. If you decide to change to a lower tier package, contact us. We can’t always issue refunds for the difference but we’ll do our best. Exchanges are on a case-by-case basis, so please reach out to us if you need to discuss an exchange.


I purchased a package and I don’t need it now

If you purchased a package, but don’t have an immediate need for it, we have good news for you: you are free to use your package later, when you are ready. Currently our packages don’t expire.


Special refunds

If you are still not happy with the purchase and you completed your purchase more than 48 hours ago, we offer a case-by-case refund policy only. To kickstart this process, simply contact us directly regarding your need for a refund. We want to provide the best possible service to you, and can re-tailor our services to fit your new needs and expectations.
